$7.99/lb. (10) 1 pound packages. We take the less-desirable steak and roast cuts, trim and cube them for an easy application for stews, beef tips, fajitas, stir fry, beef & broccoli, stroganoff, goulash and more.

18-24 month, registered Angus steers born and raised in southwest Missouri. Cattle are on grass with a light grain ration added, 30 days prior to processing. Cattle are never on dry-lot to ensure a lean beef product. Beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free and hung at 21 days for premium flavor. Packages are frozen, vacuum-sealed and can stay fresh in a deep freeze for 2 years. Beef averages 93/7 in lean/fat ratio. No aged cows/bulls.
