$10.99/lb. Choice+ and aged for optimum flavor. 100 pounds of packaged meat. 18-24 month, registered Angus steers born and raised in southwest Missouri. Cattle are on grass with a light grain ration added, 30 days prior to processing. Cattle are never on dry-lot to ensure a lean beef product. Beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free and hung at 21 days for premium flavor. Packages are frozen, vacuum-sealed and can stay fresh in a deep freeze for 2 years. Ground Beef averages 93/7 in lean/fat ratio. No aged cows/bulls. Prices based on packaged beef product and customer on-farm pickup in Fair Grove, Missouri.
