$9.99/lb. Choice+ and aged for optimum flavor. 200 pounds of packaged beef. 18-24 month, registered Angus steers born and raised in southwest Missouri. Cattle are on grass with a light grain ration added, 30 days prior to processing. Cattle are never on dry-lot to ensure a lean beef product. Beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free and hung at 21 days for premium flavor. Packages are frozen, vacuum-sealed and can stay fresh in a deep freeze for 2 years. Ground Beef averages 93/7 in lean/fat ratio. No aged cows/bulls.  Pricing is based on packaged beef and customer pick up on-farm in Fair Grove, MO.
