Cattle are on grass with a light grain ration added, 30 days prior to processing. Cattle are never on dry-lot to ensure a lean beef product. Beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free and hung at 21 days for premium flavor. Packages are frozen, vacuum-sealed and can stay fresh in a deep freeze for 2 years. Ground Beef averages 93/7 in lean/fat ratio. No aged cows/bulls. Pricing is based on packaged beef and customer pick up on-farm in Fair Grove, MO.
