$18.99/lb. 10 New York Strips; USDA Prime or Choice and aged for optimum flavor. For those who want a premium steak for less; the NY Strip will leave you more than satisfied. This steak bundle is raised with quality and marbling in mind. Dinner party, date night or for those foodies with a high-end pallet, you can’t buy steaks like this in the store. Steaks are USDA prime and choice grade beef. These cattle are grain-fed for high marbling and increased flavor.

18-24 month, registered Angus steers born and raised in southwest Missouri. Cattle are on grass with a light grain ration added, 30 days prior to processing. Cattle are never on dry-lot to ensure a lean beef product. Beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free and hung at 21 days for premium flavor. Packages are frozen, vacuum-sealed and can stay fresh in a deep freeze for 2 years. No aged cows/bulls.  Pricing is based on packaged beef and customer pick up on-farm in Fair Grove, MO.
