Dinner party, date night or for those true carnivores, you can’t buy steaks like this in the store. These cattle are grown on grass and grain-fed for high marbling and increased flavor.

18-24 month, registered Angus steers born and raised in southwest Missouri. Cattle are on grass with a light grain ration added, 30 days prior to processing. Cattle are never on dry-lot, always grass to ensure a lean beef product. Beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free and hung at 21 days for premium flavor. Packages are frozen, vacuum-sealed and can stay fresh in a deep freeze for 2 years. No aged cows/bulls. “Unofficially” Prime or high Choice and aged for optimum flavor. Pricing is based on packaged beef and customer pick up on-farm in Fair Grove, MO.
