Beef Brisket – Half

$9.99/lb. Half beef briskets (actually quartered) are approximately 4-8 pounds. 18-24 month, registered Angus steers born and raised in southwest Missouri. Cattle are on grass with a light grain ration added, 30 days prior to processing. Cattle are never on dry-lot to ensure a lean beef product. Beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free and hung at 21 days for premium flavor. Packages are frozen, vacuum-sealed and can stay fresh in a deep freeze for 2 years. Beef averages 93/7 in lean/fat ratio. No aged cows/bulls.
